In-person Visit

One of the key benefits of the Secret Shopper model is that it gives insight into the experiences of those who are seeing your church for the first time. An onsite visit to your service(s) is the first step - I visit, taking notes on everything from the moment I enter the parking lot until the services are over.

Follow-up Meeting

After the site visit, a meeting with you and/or your team is next. I dig into details, providing notes and feedback, and spending time on the key areas that matter most to you.

Website & Social Media Checkup

The church website and social media accounts are the front door of your church. I go page-by-page through the website and provide ideas for effective online presence, including live-streamed services (see below).

Online Service Evaluation

The online worship services of your church aren't just for shut-ins and vacationers - they're likely the very first experience a guest will have with your church. I'll help you identify effective strategies to create a good first (and ongoing) impression.
