Each church and church team is unique, with its own set of strengths and challenges. Breaking out of entrenched, long-term patterns can be next to impossible without help.
With more than thirty years of front-line ministry experience and a background in education, I know how to support and guide both experienced leaders and "newbies" alike.
One-on-one or team coaching is available, and can happen in person or by phone (with e-mail support).

Senior Leadership
Sometimes you need help with the organizational side. Sometimes you need help with your team. Sometimes you just need a set of ears and someone to bounce ideas off of.

Worship Pastors
Worship Pastors are almost always the 2nd most visible church staff members. However, their wiring and needs are often radically different than those of the senior church leadership. As a former worship pastor, I understand and can help young (or not-so-young) worship leaders to grow and thrive.

Senior/Lead Pastors often struggle with how to lead production staffers and/or volunteers. They often are wired differently than the average pastor and seem to speak a language all their own. I can help translate.

Communications staffers and volunteers have significant impact on the public face of any church. I can help you to clarify focus so that the way your church is represented accurately communicates and portrays it's unique vision and mission, and serves and informs the congregation that God has entrusted you with.
